With the final demise of Sharebuilder (aka Capital One Investing) it became time to find an alternative before all accounts being transferred to E-Trade. M1 Finance fills the gap and has no management fees or commissions plus available phone support.

2% with Fidelity Rewards Visa Signature Card
The Fidelity Rewards card originally was an AMEX, but as of early 2016 it switched to Visa. All existing accounts will be converted over to a Visa mid 2016. It's easy to earn 2% on all your purchases with no limit. A Fidelity account is necessary, but you can transfer the money out to a checking/savings account or keep your money with Fidelity. Use the money in a brokerage, cash management, 529 or retirement account. The extra step to get 2% vs 1% statement credit is well worth it if you want the cash. Rates for the card are a little high, but don't get the card if you don't plan on paying it off monthly.

Easy Google Play credit
By using Google Opinion Rewards (installed from the Play store) you can earn money to spend on items in the Play store. The surveys are quick and my range of payment per has varied between $.10 and $1. Not every survey will pay, but 95% of them do. The non paying surveys are used to determine what future surveys to offer.
I've used the money to support applications I normal use (BusyBox, SuperSU, etc.).
Definitely answer the surveys honestly or the likelihood of getting more will be reduced. It will test you to make sure you don't lie. It appears to like my wife more than me so quite possibly females may earn more, but my sample size is one so far.

Sirius for $30 / 6 months (~$4 for royalties)
Never pay more than $34 for six months of Sirius (Select). Create a calendar appointment prior to renewal and call to cancel. Ask for the $30 for six month deal and be persistent. If necessary mention that you only listen to a couple of stations. Heck call back if necessary. It has yet to fail on two cars for the past year and a half.
Worse case cancel and expect to get an email saying Sirius wants you back. That email will include the 30 for six months deal.
